All of our heating installations are carried out by fully qualified engineers, we use fully qualified electricians to complete the installation and all works meet current building regs. We can install on a one off basis or as part of a capital program of works.

Housing associations and Local authorities may find it cost effective to outsource their servicing of appliances. We are able to work to specified programmes, or fill the gaps left by a reduction in workforce.

Bathroom installation and general plumbing installations
We employ qualified plumbers as well as heating engineers and recognise that both trades are specialist fields. We carry out general plumbing and also installation of bathrooms as part of capital or day to day works.

Spillage testing after building fabric alterations
As a consequence of carrying out certain alterations to the fabric of a building with regards to ventilation, it may become necessary to check the performance of certain types of flue of gas appliances.
